Wonderment App Slow To Load Monday 27th November 2023 14:20:14

The Wonderment app is currently slow and under heavy use. All data from Shopify and carriers is syncing correctly and on time, and integration events are functional and on time. We are investigating ways to improve app performance and will update here as we implement solutions.

All systems are operating normally as of 7:30 PM on 11/27.

We are continuing to implement improvements and seeing improved responsiveness in the app and our APIs. We will continue to update here as we see improvements.

We have implemented several improvements and seeing generally improved speed across the app, however the app is still slow. We are continuing to work on updates to improve performance.
