We are aware of an issue impacting our Klaviyo events. This issue is due to a code change within Klaviyo. Our team is currently working closely with the Klaviyo team to identify the root cause and resolve the issue.
Update 8:05 PM EST: We've received an update from the Klaviyo team. They have identified the root cause and are in the process of implementing a fix now. The estimated resolution is in the next two hours. A small subset of impacted customers will see a full resolution tomorrow morning. The Klaviyo team has confirmed that the incoming events have been delayed and will be ingested after the resolution. As this issue is happening in the evening (when there are less shipment updates) and the resolution should be in place in the next two hours, we are not recommending any workarounds at this time.
